I just started making this size tray in 2009. It can be used to hold a mug and a few cookies, cheese and crackers, garlic bread, etc. I make them with varying textures, glaze designs, etc. They measure 11" long, 4 3/4" wide. Stoneware is oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
